Hi, I assume we are talking about the sound the animal makes and not the sound of the foreign word, because otherwise it would be rather trivial to give the answer :-)
If you want to squeeze this in the Map card type, use location: image blank: sound marked: name of the animal and only the Production direction of the Map card type. However, as you can see this is not immediately obvious. While it would be possible to create a plugin with a card type with more descriptive names for your purpose (just look at mnemosyne/libmnemosyne/card_types/map.py, it should be obvious to edit), I don't really recommend this, as this would make it a bit harder to share your cards with other people. My suggestion would be to see if by resizing the image files you cannot get something that is visually pleasing and still uses the Vocabulary card type. In that way, you will also automatically benefit from future features I add to the Vocabulary type.
