Currently only 'random order' or 'in the order new cards were added' is 
supported. What you want could go in a plugin, but personally I'm not sure the 
initial order in which you learn cards is extremely important, so I'm not 
convinced it's worth complicating the UI for this.

Oh, by the way, a trick to somewhat force a different order in learning cards 
is marking the cards you want to learn with a certain tag, activating only 
that tag, and then studying the cards.
