That may sound like a small tweak, but it would actually be
complicated to implement and fail if you don't have enough new cards
to learn.
I guess it's probably most important that sister cards are never
scheduled for long term review on the same day. I don't think new
sister cards on the same day if you are running out of new cards is
such a huge problem...
