Actually, this feature was moved from the config file to the user
interface, specifically because people found it very user-unfriendly to
do so by editing a config file. I got many support requests by people
asking how to change the language.
Could you explain in more detail why this is a really important feature
for you, as so far, I not really sure I understand...
