Thanks Timothy, Actually, I was able to fix my problem by just updating my computer's clock.
My cell phone and computer were on completely different times, which is what must have been causing the issue (I don't know why I didn't think about it before...). I simply changed my computer's clock to coincide with my cell phone's, and everything seems to be working as it should be.
