Thanks for answering. That's right I am speaking about using by default the 
Greek keyboard for the text in the front of the card. 
 
A software used for text editing called Unicorn does something similar,by 
using switching from English to either Latin or Greek keyboards, this done 
by ctrl+g or esc twice, it toggles to the foreign language keyboard. So I 
thought may be Mnemosyne will have something similar.
 
It would have been great to have a default keyboard setup, but even if it 
doesn't I still find it a very useful program that is helping me a lot.
