Hi, Don't worry about the 'archiving old logs' thing, the behaviour you observe is exactly what I expect and should not cause problems.
What do you mean by 'doesn't work on 2.4'? Do you get the same messages during syncing as what you reported with 2.3.6? Can you post screenshots of the full messages, including the traceback (linenumbers and code etc)? Maybe the problem is close to where this message gets thrown? Pressing the back button solves only the issue that the tags get covered by the "taskbar" (the bar with the time). This workaround worked on the previous version (2.3.6) too.
