Before you run it, could you delete /home/ocb/.local/share/Mnemosyne and /home/ocb/.config/Mnemosyne ? I’ve also noticed you’re running Python 3.6, which I haven’t tried and which is not that old and perhaps has issues. Does running Mnemosyne on Python 3.5 help?
