I don't know the common practice for support like this, maybe there could be a "special thanks" section in the publication (if it is published). The last version comes from 2014 though, would it be possible to get an updated version? There was a thread about this in 2016, where Peter said he could upload to FTP. Does that offer still stand ? I could mail you a link to my server :) I would also try to make this available over torrent for other interested users but can't make any promises about uptime.
