I believe I have the same error. It happens when I open the "browse cards" 
menu. I'm on Linux Mint, Cinnamon desktop. I've removed and re-installed 
Mnemosyne through the Software Manager, but the error stayed the same.

Error message: 

An unexpected error has occurred.

Please forward the following info to the developers:
