There’s no explicit dark mode, but you can choose your own colours for the card 
backgrounds to suit your taste.

Are there any plans on implementing dark mode in Mnemosyne? Mnemosyne seems to 
be one of the only programs I regularly use that doesn't have a dark mode - it 
seems like having a dark mode would help with eye strain when cramming 
vocabulary, etc.
