I'm running into some trouble downloading the set up. the download itself runs the installation but won't appear as an app or a file I can access on my computer. It just tries to run the installation process again and again. I don't have lennox or other programs like that so am i required to have those first to use the program? I've already downloaded a card set but can't access it because when I open the set I'm asked to install mnemosyne again. Thank you for your help and i love the naming sense for the program
