Still some minor issues:
- user guide doesn't mention that 0 never times out.
- Different hardcoded defaults are used in code (30000 and 7200000 in
DialogWrapper)
- Code comment mentions seconds iso. milliseconds.
- xml description mentions "uS" == microSeconds??
