What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. (any resource/example) mvn deploy
2. mvn clean deploy
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Deploy starts before undeploy finishes causing an inconsistent state in the
SLEE deployer.
This happens because undeploy is made in async way (because it needs to wait
for entities/service deactivation) and deploy starts before it ends.
