New issue 971 by EMMartins: Event firing fault tolerance in SLEE 2.x
http://code.google.com/p/mobicents/issues/detail?id=971

Currently the time window between event firing and event routing is not
fault tolerant, since events are local only. As consequence, the same
happens to EventContext, which means that if one cluster node recovers
another, and the old one had a cmp pointing to an Eventcontext, the new
node will get null as result of getting the cmp.

This issue should provide "optional" covering of this situation,
replicating event data once the event is fired.
