What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start tomcat and create request. Contact and VIA headers contains IP address. 2. Disable network interface for this IP. 3. Container still receives requests but Contact and VIA headers contains old IP address.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If 0.0.0.0 is really supported then new requests should uses appropriate IP.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
