What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Configure JDiameter stack with a HSS peer and start the stack instance
(configured for Sh application type )
2. Upon initialisation, peer is registered and CER-CEA exchange happen
CER has duplicate Supported Vendor Id AVPs
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
CER has duplicate Supported Vendor Id AVPs, both with values as 10415.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Jdiameter-1.5.3.1-build252, Linux
