Following issues need to be taken care of:
1. rename MapServiceFactory - interface name is not correct.
2. ensure public Boolean checkInvokeTimeOut(MAPDialog mapdialog, Invoke
invoke) should be a interface visible method.
3. remove public void processComponent(ComponentType componenttype,
OperationCode operationcode, Parameter parameter, MAPDialog mapdialog, Long
long1, Long long2) throws MAPParsingComponentException from interface.
