Various fixes done while fixing the registration flow:
- fixed typo in web.xml preventing proper function of config resolver
- enabled application level roles through "use-resource-role-mappings" property
- AdminUI now determines restcomm origin (protocol://host:port) and use it for
instance registration
- various small fixes
