Changed instance-id generation convention. Fixes #469.
- instance-id is now generated on the restcomm-identity site (without username)
- moved instance registratio inside RestcommIdentityApi/
- removed obsolete KeycloakAdminClient and KeycloakClient.
- added restcomm.identity in the parent .pom file.
