Progressing on migration scripts and refactoring. WIP.
- Introduced KeycloakContext that will hold the keycloak deployment and other
configured keycloak specific properties.
- Removing obsolete IdentityConfigurator class proved to be confusing.
- Improvements in the Bootstrapper.
