FS-568 Smoothing take-a-tour operation and splash
* Fixed backdrop behaviour between tour-step transitions
* Verified automatic start of tour bases on URL fragment parameter
* 'splash' modal
- display when the call is successull
- notify controller when the modal hids
- redirect to console when that happens
