That’s strange. It looks like the checkpoint on the remote server got deleted 
while the replication was running.

No, this seems to be a server-side error.

Is the server a Sync Gateway that you run? Could you look at the logs and 
search for "/shotbotdb/_local/e363f95948e947644b1c9f947bd0f0848f3e34df”, and 
see if there’s any record of its being deleted?
