We're working on adding new features to Firefox for Android and to pave the way for some of these, we've done a reorganization of how Settings is laid out. (Bug 867371 is the meta bug for these proposed changes.)
Since this is a big change, we'd love some feedback, and may iterate on the the design while it's in Nightlies. We're also open to string changes, so please speak up if you think anything could be more clear or specific! This change supports tablet UI, so take a look there as well.
