How do I install and debug a packaged (zip) app on Firefox mobile? For Firefox OS it's simple: Open <about:app-manager>, then connect to the device, select the app, and click *Update*.
However, with <about:app-manager> it doesn't seem to be possible to connect to Firefox mobile running in the Android emulator.
