OK. You have the Eclipse plugin installed? Bump the log output to "Normal" as described in the FAQ [1]. What output do you see in the Android Console pane? (You should see our build steps populating said directories.)
You should also refresh the projects and clean build (also described in the FAQ). Console output for this is the next step to diagnosing your situation.
