(Thanks for the reminder, Margaret!)

jlund and a team of helpful souls are just about done landing our splitapk work
(start at Bug 1073772).

This means we’re generating _two_ Android APKs: one for Gingerbread phones, and
one for everyone else. (Plus x86, still.)

This will unblock users with little storage space who are stuck on old Firefox
releases, and also produce a slimmer, faster build for those low-end phones.

These will be going out in Nightly soon, but builds are happening now. You’ll
see this in Treeherder: (inline image)

This is awesome.

But with it comes some actions you need to take.

1. Don’t break the build. If you land something that’s conditionalized for
particular releases, you need to make sure a resource-constrained API 9 build
still works. See, e.g., Bug 1093708.[1]

2. If you push to Try, you need to update your trychooser configuration. See
gbrown’s blog post[2].

Any bugs, please CC me, and I’ll make sure they get in front of the right eyes.

Thanks to everyone involved for making this happen.
