http://html5test.com/ (and maybe http://css3test.com/) might be a good
place to start--it allows you to compare against other browsers. You
just have to keep in mind that it's basically just testing that an
interface exists.

All of them. :)
Or at least all of the ones that Fennec supports. "Foo works in Firefox
Mobile browsers (except on Platform Bar)" is not a fun story to tell.
