Hi folks,

I just pushed a few commits that smooth out the Gradle import flow in some
versions of IJ (Linux seems most impacted). The commits mean that we
*always* build with Android SDK platform 21 and with build tools version
21.1.1, regardless of what you specify in your mozconfig. These two
versions are what we use in automation.  Sorry for the loss of flexibility;
IntelliJ can't handle that kind of truth. (Gradle can, just fine.)

I also bumped the support-v4 library versions to v21+, and slimmed the
Google Play Services to use the smaller libraries in version 6.5+. It's
possible you'll need to upgrade the "Android support repository" and
"Google repository" in the Extras section of the |android| tool.

Finally, the debug APK now looks and feels like the Robocop APK. In
theory, you can use the Gradle produced test APK as the Robocop APK, but I
haven't yet built IntelliJ support for this. It's possible they will
conflict on your device, although I expect they won't.

As always, let me know about fallout.

Yours,
Nick
