We are getting emails from our TestFlight testers about crashes but we are not seeing those crashes in Xcode in the Navigator / Crash Browser.
I looked at the build we pushed to TestFlight and I think it is all good and similar to older builds for which we did get crash reports. (Includes symbols, same build settings, etc.) Couple of things to note: * I read in the documentation that it can take a few days before reports appear. * If people have disabled sending crash reports, then we will not get them. This is a question Apple asks when you *initially* setup your iOS device. It is also a global setting that applies to all settings. So I would suggest: * We wait a few days to see if crash reports come in. * We document how people can enable crash reporting. Still their choice, but if they do not have a problem with it then we can easily show them how to turn it back on with some screenshots. * Crash reports are also stored locally on the device. You can navigate deep into the settings somewhere and then then copy/paste the report into an email. We can document that. * We contact people who emailed us about crashes directly (we have their emails) and ask for more details. I'm happy to draft some standard emails we can send out. S.
