I just landed bug 1206458 on inbound, which changes the behavior of the reload button in Fennec. Currently the reload button does what "Shift-Reload" does on desktop, in that it bypasses the cache when reloading the page. I am changing that so that it does a normal reload. A similar change is being made to the "Request desktop mode" feature.
