Here's a quick update to highlight some of the things the Android team is going to be focused on for the next 6 weeks. Follow-up work on Aurora for things we plan to ship in 46: - Android 6.0 run-time permissions (https://bugzil.la/1212830) - Expanded first run experience (https://bugzil.la/1220244) - Telemetry (https://bugzil.la/1220177) (I'd really like to be able to uplift some of this to 45 if possible) Ongoing work (which will hopefully ship soon): - Push notifications (https://bugzil.la/1206207) - Downloadable fonts (https://bugzil.la/1194338) New work: - Bookmark management (https://bugzil.la/1232437) - Migrating reading list to bookmarks (https://bugzil.la/1234314) - Combine history-related home panels (https://bugzil.la/1220928) - Experimenting with content notifications (https://bugzil.la/1238087) We are also continuing to focus on resolving some outstanding crash bugs, which contributed to our recent stability problems on beta.
