Yes, these would show up in the unique app users figure (but not in the
download/install metric that was discussed in this section; it's about
first-time installs only

It's a reasonable hypothesis that media attention should cause some users
to reactivate the app and we could conceivably investigate it using data
from the MobileWikiAppDailyStats schema. But considering that the daily
active user number did not show a marked rise either around the time of the
launch, it is unlikely that we would find a significant effect.
