Hello, Fast on the heals of last weeks major release, we just pushed a first beta of our next update (v5.3.1) to our TestFlight beta testers. This release addresses some crash issues with Explore loading/refresh, prevents repeat pushes of the same notification, and adds Wikidata descriptions for news items.
Additionally this version adds an Announcement card to the Explore feed. Similar to the CentralNotice system on the web, this will allow us to insert short announcements into the Explore feed. The first use of this will be to ask app users to participate in a quick survey (1 question) about why they use the app, to help inform our plans going forward.
