I've been observed in Madrid and its suburbs youngsters, mainly men, using their mobiles to play music loud, either to listen to it together, while they spend their time in a park or square for example, or, in a more provocative way, whilst they are in the train or bus, enjoying the reaction of fellow passengers.
I wonder if some of you have spotted this kind of mobile use or if you have read something about it.
