Transfer all you contact to MS outlook. You can check the Google on how to transfer from Nokia to MS outlook using Nokia software.
Another simpler but long way is You can copy to Outlook directly by opening the Contacts folder in Windows Explorer. Copy the contacts files. Open MS Outlook. Got Contacts by pressing Ctrl +3. Paste the contact. The only flipside of this process is that when you paste it in outlook contact section, the contact so being pasted opens by default. You need to individually save & close each contact by pressing Alt+S. By doing so, you will be also saved the business cards with email and other infos. After this you wil be able Sync with I-tunes. In Info tab in I-tunes, it gives you an option to sync from outlook.
