Dear friends, I have installed dialer 1. It can be installed 4.1.1. android mobiles. When you touch the number it echoes. It won't announce after the dial. But the vibration conforms your dialing. Above the number you have the dial button. it is imaged as number 23. above the number 3 you have backspace button. it is imaged as number 84. If you find any better dialer don't forget to mail. G.
