Let's take issues one by one. The usability in open environment is
really restricted by the fact that our ability to interact through
voice gets disabled by the noise around. I faced the problem and the
solution is in using the headphone which allowed me to type etc. Use
of Fleksy was another beautiful solution to typing which I learnt from
this group and tried successfully. While I have found a few things
difficult there are also several advantages. I think we will all have
problems to begin with but once we are ahead of the learning curve, a
more accessible world awaits us. I too am trying Samsung Grand in
addition to I5 and will get back with the experience in due course.

Regards.
