hi, in my understanding, "This app may collect your data including passwords and credit card numbers" message is for those applications who ask for special access to those kind of field. if eSpeak will not have access to those field then, it may not be able to provide text output on those field, leaving visually impaired people at the disadvantage. however because of privacy concerns google chose to gave standard warning.
