Hello ajay, as what I've asume after reading your mail that you've also faced the same problem with your e5. so may I know that from the customer care advice, what random things you have followed in order to get rid from such problem? Sorry for such question, cause here my customer care is saying that there is no problem in your simcard from there side. And something wrong to your mobilephone.
