So my question was that does gingerbread operating system can be accessed

totally visually impaired person? During the first attempt, I couldn't do
any thing with this phone, and in this mailing list, someone has suggested
to someone that first of all, "explore by touch" should be turn on, to
operate this phone, but he has to say that there is no such setting in the
accessibility setting. So please advise me that is there any thirdparty
software which has to install prior to use this phone by visually impaired
person.
