hi mam, am using moto g from almost 25 days, and can safely recommend
you to buy it. this is the only mobile in its range that having
androide 4.4 the latest from google. accessibility is nearly like
nexus phones. the performence is not very much fast but enough to
perform your daly mobile needs. battery works for a day without any
problem. now to your second question, you can enable accessibility
in any phones in the same way, go to settings>accessibility> and turn
on the talkback. there is one more way, press the power button once,
feel the vibration and put the 2 fingers on the screen for a while and
the phone will ask you whether you want to enable accessibility, if
yes, hold down the fingers on the screen, (i could do this with moto g
without any sited help). i havent tried voice recording app in it,
but i believe it should be usual like other phones.
