hi, for downloading apps, just type in the search box what ever apps you
want which is on the top right corner. the search result will come and
select your disired app and install button will come. when you will
press install button, on next page, you will have to press accept button
for app permission.
for your next quary, when any update will come, you will get update
notification in your notification bar.
if you want to check menually, open play store and press nevigate up
which is in top left corner and you will get option called my apps. tab
on it and you will get list of your apps which is installed in your
device. from there, you will get to know any apps require update.
