Subject: Re: [Mobile.AI] Android Questions and help needed

Hi Ishita,

That is one thing I have used a little less.

However, I intend to explore it a little more one of these days.
It works fine from whatever I have used, but didnt play around with it much.

Hi Ketan,

I myself am using MotoE and had used Android before that as well.
I would not be able to say whether there are huge diferences in using
Iphone and Android, as I never used Iphone.

Now, coming to your questions:
For Q1, the answer is Yes. However, if you need to type long mails,
then its better to use bluetooth keyboard or use google's voice typing
option. However, you may have to edit it few times if you use google's
voice typing.

On Q2, the answer is again Yes. both the apps are accessible. However,
I personally have used more of Firefox.

On Q3, although, I am not much of Social Media person, but can say
that, Facebook, Whatsapp, Hangouts, all are accessible.
You may use Chomp SMS, K9mail DW Dialler to use normal phone funtions.

On Q4, You just need to double tap on that notification, you will
reach Playstore, just double tap on desired app and it will update.

Trust this helps.

Do revert, if you face any problem.

Thanks and warm regards,

Rahul.

Hi friends,

I have purchased Moto E and am still fumbling. Anthough I am able to
use Iphone quite successfully, I am afraid the story on Android is
different. I have following questions and would be extremely grateful
if someone were to reply:

Firstly, are there totally blind Android users using Android for
messaging, posting on social media etc. without using any external
Bluetooth keyboard? Also if you are using any external keyboard, then
which is the keyboard that you would recommend?

Secondly, does anyone successfully able to use internet using either
chrome or firefox?

What are the accessible apps in the category of entertainment,
productivity and social media?

My phone sometimes says 24 updates but I don't know how to grab them?

I would be looking forward to some replies please.

With best wishes,

Ketan
