Hi, Since you are a considerably experienced user of Android now, I'll abbreviate the process to the extent possible. Go into global context menu > Text to Speech Settings. In the appearing screen, double tap on the Launch Engine Settings button beside Google TTS. If Google TTS is the sole installed TTS, then, you shall find only one Launch Engine Settings utton, however, if multiple synthesizers exist, you need to locate precisely the relevant button corresponding to Google TTS. In the appearing screen, you should find an item worded Language or something similar, and, after double tapping it, in the appearing screen, look for Hindi, India, and select it. If Hindi, India does not exist in the list of languages, go back, and double tap on Install Voice Data, and, download the voice data for Hindi, India, and then choose it from the languages list screen. There isn't any news about arrival of Lollipop 5.1 on Motorolla devices yet. Thanks.
