HI, Tilak, I have read and heard that you can only acquire a refund of a commercial app within two hours of its purchase. The given time period is probably long gone now, so, I wonder if there exists any means of acquiring a refund... By the way, the developer information for all applications on the Google Playstore is available on the respective page of that app. Do recheck, and if you are still unable to locate the same, do write back.
