Hello Nirmal, my suggestion would be not to purchase the iPhone4S cause its 3yearsold device, secondly iOS9 would be the last and final update thirdly VoiceOver performance will be sluggish. purchase the 5S don’t purchase anything lower cause otherwise you will face issues. hope this helps. feel free to get back if you need anything else.
