First of all, in more settings, there's no option like permissions, it is there
in the advance option but in each application it is giving me the message,
screen overlay detected first turn this off. I have no idea as to what is this
screen overlay and how to turn this off. In permissions, there are several apps
listed which are telling me how many apps under it can modify the system.

  Subject: Re: [Mobile.AI] Android 6.01

Its Highly possible to move the third party apps to memory-card in
  android 6.0.1.
I am using Micromax android1 device.
In which I have updated it to latest 6.0.1 few weeks back.
It asks for a reboot after upgrading. Else, you may get an error msg
  stating
  "screen overlay detected".
To solve this, You can undim the screen and then go to
  settings\apps\more options\permissions
and then disable the overlay for the shown apps and then go to more
again there itself and click on
  "show system,
and then disable the overlay permission for them too.
Now your problem will get solved fully.

If you didn't get the msg
  "screen overlay detected",
  and yet facing this issue,
then, reset your STCard as internal memory and try. Its possible.
