as i understood your querry,
i think you are a google keyboard user.
cause after it's update,
it has bugg with talkback and shine plus,
it behaves like this.
so there are 2 ways wich can solv your problem.
1 if you have A. P. K. file of older version,
then you can roll back.
if you don't have,
let this list knows ithor me or someone eles will provide.
and 2 you can change your keyboard.
