Dear Sakina, Under settings in Accessibility there is option called Accessibility shortcut. If you enable once, you can easily start talkback by pressing the power button for a while and then placing your two fingers on the screen with a slight distance between. Hold it for a while and talkback will announce talkback enabled. I don't know about Redmi phone but it should be possible. Hope it helps. Sincerely, C. B. Kulkarni
